Question 4th case fan steals power from ssd

I was running with just one case fan for way too long and finally added 3 more fans to my setup which includes an MSI 970 Gaming Mobo. Just one problem. When I added the 4th fan (I have 4 sys fan mobo connectors), the system would only load the EFI shell which tells me that my SSD isn't getting power. My question is how do I get the system to allocate the power correctly? I have an 850W power supply and my system only takes about 320W all said and done, so it has enough to draw from and I know that's not the issue.

Notes: I downloaded Afterburner and it's useless since I don't overclock and I already have SpeedFan.

You're implying that unplugging the 4th fan allows you to boot normally,. is that right?
