Hello, i just today bought Kingston Fury 2x48 (2x) GB Memory, with frequency on 6000 MHz.
I tried many many combinations of settings in BIOS, but nothing works. I am just writing this post on 5400 MHz and even then, OCCT shows memory errors.

My RIG is

CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
CPU : Arctic Liquid Cooling III
MB : ASUS B650 E-F Gaming (installed latest beta BIOS - 3201)
PSU : Be Quiet Pure Power 1200W

rest is not important i guess.

I dont know how i can and if even should be able to reach that frequency

On the QVL for your motherboard there are 3 different 4x48GB kits listed and none of them are able to be run over 5200MHz. Populating all channels with high capacity RAM is very hard on the RAM controller. What are you running with a 9800X3D that needs 192GB RAM?

I wasn't able to get 4x32GB to work on a 9950X system either. Best I managed was to boot at 3600, it did 4800 once, but every reboot was a retraining back to 3600 no matter what I set.

Ended up sticking with 2x32GB until the person decided to buy a 2x48GB kit and call it a day.

They were still pleased, they went from an older i7 laptop with GTX1060 to a 9950X and 4080 Super. Cut his encoding time down from two days to 30 minutes.

XMP - Tried (DOCP) without any effect
I am using 192GB for VST as music composer. Maybe new bios fix that? That shouldnt be a beta.
atm trying everything what i can. Tried also reset CMOS, default settings (auto settings) a nothing changed. I ma supposed probably to run lower frequency.

The most current BIOS is a beta BIOS from 2 weeks ago. It does have an AGEIS update so perhaps it will help, however, odds are you will probably only be able to run at 5200MHz.

as noted, very rarely do you get top speed out of populating all 4 slots. top capacity lowers this even more.

it's not the bios or anything else but a limitation of the mobo itself. it's just not going to run that much ram at top speed.

you might be able to go crazy and get a $900 mobo that can handle it, but it will take a model that is specifically designed to be able to do it. it's just to taxing on the memory controller to be able to do it on every board. sorry that's just how it works.

2 problems

1 you have (2) 2x48GB kits which means that the manufacture does not guarantee those two kits to work together. If you want a guarantee then buy a 4x48GB kit.
2 both Intel and AMD have issues running high ram speeds with 4 sticks, its very taxing on the memory controller.

There are trade offs for everything,

2 sticks lower amount of ram gets you higher speeds
4 sticks massive amount of ram gets you slower speeds.
