Question Problem with 4 x 4GB DDR3 RAM ?

Specs:
CPU - i8 870
Motherboard: P55 Asrock Extreme4
RAM: 4 x 4GB Kingston
Windows Ver: x64

This is the problem:

BIOS detects all the RAM, but only 8GB is usable ?

I tried re seating, changing slots, removed memory limit in windows, but all results are the same.

I would lay out your stick so they don't get mixed up and boot one stick at a time make sure stick works than try the next . Yes windows and bios says they are there but I have had bad stick show up in bios and windows refuses to use them. The other thing some motherboard are super picky when you install memory where you have to be perfect on pressure on both sides of the stick pushing it in to lock.

Both A2 and B2 works

A1 and B1 doesn't or sometimes work depending on the ram that I install there.

Sometimes, when I move some sticks around I actually get a 16gb in Bios.
