4XM2G4/4XM2HR card EC Address Conflict. Please switch DIP to different switch.

hmm it tells you to change DIP switch position?
here on this picture you can see what is ment by DIP switch

on picture look for switch setting and switch it on one of your card

My GPU is a 2080 Super. So that switch didn't exist.

I am not seeing the error anymore. I don't believe anything was changed besides taking apart the system and the GPU.

I did notice that at the same time this error message came up I could not boot into windows. After looking at this further the M.2 slots and the SATA ports no longer recognize any hard drives.

Any suggestions on that? Is the board just bad?

you dont have any mentioned M2 cards in pcie slots? (4XM2G4 or 4XM2HR)

mainboard could be pretty much broken

I did have a M.2 card in the M.2 slot but the issue where no M.2 or SATA hard drives are recognized is present regardless of what hard drives (M.2 or otherwise) are in use.
