5 beep and blank screen

Hi, here what i got
Asrock 970 pro3 Mobo
Amd Fx 6100 with cooler master hyper TX3 CPU
His R7 370 2GB GPU
Enlight 600w PSU
V-Gen DDR3 4GB x2 RAM
WD 500GB HDD

my problem is when i startup the pc got blank on screen and 5 beep

i just change the mobo and GPU 2 weeks ago, it works fine until yesterday i got hang and black screen while i watching video so i restart the pc and got 5 beeps and blank screen

it's possible the PSU not enough power to mobo and GPU so cant boot?

ASRock 5 beeps is usually a CPU-related issue.
