I've already tried it inside and outside the case with and without the hard drives connected, the cmos is already reseTed
It's a brand new i5 8400 8gb 2400 crucial
I've tried to turn it on with and without ram the beeps won't change still no post

Try with one stick of RAM in the slot farthest from the CPU. Make sure it is snapped into the slot correctly.

Make sure your 8pin and 24pin connector and CPU fan are all plugged in to the motherboard.
