Hello everyone,

I've upgraded my PC recently and I have this issue where my games still feels laggy (mouse stuttering/game stuttering/games not feeling smooth), I am not sure how to fix it, I really need your help. I have tried to cap my fps, reinstall nvidia drivers, tried new windows, nothing is working. I am running my ram on EXPO II.

PC Specs:

Ryzen 7 7800x3D
RTX 5060ti
Trident Neo CL28, 6000 mhz RAMs

Please note that I don't really play heavy games, I only games like Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, Marvel Rivals, RUST, Overwatch etc.

I've been feeling like my games are not smooth and I am having difficulty while moving the mouse because its stuttering. My mouse is Logitech G Pro Superlight 2.

I can't really upload photos to imgur atm, it gives error : Something went wrong with CREATE_ALBUM_FAIL. Please try later

I want to add that my temps are fine, they don't go over 78.5 on CPU and GPU temps don't go over 70 when playing GOD of war. I do have one issue that whenever I restart my PC (when I click restart from the windows) the VGA light on my motherboard is constantly on even though my PC boots up.

One more thing is that my friend did tweak my PC before from BIOS but I've reset before when I had ryzen 7500f but the mobo was same, he changed some thing for my processor and tuned my rams but I reset the BIOS so I am not sure if that will make a difference. I reset the BIOS and turned on EXPO so I get the RAM speed.

Also, My DP cable is kinda loose so my display goes for a second when any movement happens on my table but I am not sure if that will effect is anyhow. Also, is it normal that my NVME temps are over 60 sometimes (Samsung 990 PRO)?
