5 day old Cyberpowerpc keeps crashing

I received my CyberpowerPC GXiVR2200C 5 days ago. I noticed the USB 3.0 Motherboard 20 Pin Header was unplugged so I fixed that. I started it up and after a few minutes it crashed. Everything went black and the computer shut off. Since there is no speaker on the motherboard I couldn't hear any beeps. I tried many times but after a few minutes it would shut down. I did notice when it was running there was a bright red light on the motherboard next to the Dimm Slots.
I never seen such a cheep computer. There are no fans except for the liquid cpu cooler in the rear of the case. Also there is no ventilation at all. Nothing on the sides or front or top.
All the parts seem so cheep. The power supply is called Power CO. LTD,
The SSD is called Abata and the mother board is PC MATE.
I called Cyberpower and was told to move my ram to different dim slots which didn't do nothing.
My monitor is a Dell 27 Gaming Monitor - S2716DG with NVIDIA G-Sync
Should I try and get this repaired or buy from a better company?

Return it and build your own using comparable parts (with trusted vendors). You will save money and have a better preforming system.

if you are that disappointed then try for a refund, then either self build, or buy from elsewhere. The longer you keep it, the harder to justify a refund.

Contact them and get a refund, they aren't very good - use a lot of cheap components, support is poor, and Obviously QC is lacking if the system isn't even put together correctly. You could pretty much always do much better building your own then buying from this place
