Question 5 days to install GTA V?

My old pc would install GTA in one day and fortnite in a few hours but my new pc took a whole day to install fortnite and it says 5 days to install GTA V? Not only that but when I downloaded other items onto my pc, it takes a very long time. What could be causing this and is there a fix? Thanks. If you need my pc stats let me know.

They both get ~19mbps download speed

Nevermind my bad i just reset my router and it says 12 minutres to download, ty tho
