5 monitor build requirements

Hi I'm looking for a system build that would support 5 monitors placed throughout my home at various locations. The monitors would range from 70'' to 24'' and would be in different rooms then the rig. I would appreciate if someone could tell me what components I would need to support this amount of monitors.

Any of AMD's newer cards will do it.
Look for the ones that have Eyefinity support.
