I tested ram that my friend thought was dead in my system to see if if could work. My pic didn't boot when that ram was in my system, almost as if there was no power getting to the system. Now when I try to boot with my system as it was prior to testing, it doesn't boot. Just like with the ram from my friend

Think you may have tripped a protection in the PSU. Try unplugging from the wall for a hour and flip the PSU's power switch off and on a few times. Also for good measure take out the motherboard's battery during that time. If this doesn't work you may need to test with another PSU.
Try resetting the bios. Unplug from the wall and pull the motherboard battery for 5 minutes. Then test.

I tried this and it didn't work, don't know why, but it's as if no power was getting to the board. Even though everything is plugged in.
