Hello actually i need help to collect a gaming pc who can run GTA V PUBG and CSGO may pubg be on lowest settings but rest would be medium high sure with 45+ fps

Your going to need to save up a bit more ($500-ish) or look at some used PC's. That's not even enough money to buy the games.

50-65$ gaming PC????? Unless someone is donating a pc to you you're not even going to get a decent case for that.

I spent around $450 on a "gaming computer" about a year and a half ago and it could run CSGO at maybe 45fps high settings... So you are going to need to raise your budget to at least maybe $600 to get a system that can comfortably run things like GTA and PUBG.

Leave the games so i cannot buy 60$ dollars pc to run just gta in very low settings but a smooth pc?

You will not find a computer for $60 that can run anything except games from like 10 years ago
