50 C idel temperature (msi gtx 1060)

Solution
It'll depend on exactly which card you have but these guys show the same temperature as you at idle: https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GTX_1060_Gaming_X/28.html
Don't forget, most of the modern dual or triple fan coolers turn their fans off under idle or light load conditions, they only kick in at 50-60C, which means a very well ventilated case will show lower temperatures and Guru3D do their testing in an open bench setup rather than a closed case..

still not bad though yes for some that is a bit high for idle temp. and since the card have "0db" tech the fan most likely won't start spinning until the temp reaching 60-65c. you can use your own fan curve if you want to using third party tool such as MSI AB. or maybe you can try improving your case air flow.
