~50% GPU Usage (Mirror's Edge)

Solution
As some one above said Mirror's Edge is so old by now it is no longer cutting edge and is not going to tax your GPU like it did when the game came out. With today's GPU's it will have no problem's maxing out that game with room to spare. If memory serves that game was locked at 60fps as it was a console port I could be wrong it has been a while since I even played it.
Unless the game has a built in fps cap or you have vsync on your gpu should be pushing out as many fps as possible and running at 100%, unless your cpu is holding it back. I know it says 40% usage, but mirror's edge does not use 6 threads. If you watch the core usage in game do you see the first core or two running at 100%?

I'll check and get back to you

Theres nothing wrong at all. Why would your GPU need to max out to get 60FPS in a super old game? Go and play any other game out there and see if your usage is constantly 99%, I can guarentee you it wont be unless you play something extremely hefty like Crysis or BF3, where you cant reach the FPS cap.

You're not getting it. Mirror's Edge is not that demanding and you have a fast graphics card. Don't expect new graphics cards to struggle with old games. It's not going to need 100% of its resources. You're probably hitting the fps cap in the game engine.
