Keyboard, mouse and os not included in the budget also i would like one where i can edit hd videos for youtube. if i have to i can raise udget to 600 but the build willl have to wait til next month anyway i would prefer amazon so i can use my amazon prime! also if it can run titanfall that would be great if not i got a xbox 360 to play it on

The Athlon is a very weak CPU, it's not even as good as the i3 dual core, it's going to strangle a R9 270!
Alternative:
A far superior CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113286
Quality but good motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131942
Only 4Gb of RAM, but it's fast: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231720
1Tb but it's OEM (no cables): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148840
Never go cheap on power: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256061
Nice but cheap case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352032
Used Lite-on for years...

Probably your best option.

Battlefield 3, it should be able to run with relative ease. The R9 270X would give a good performance boost. I would suggest the R9 270X if you have the money.

According to my math it rolls in at just under your $600 maximum, you can drop it a little with a HD7850 card but performance will suffer a fair bit.
