$500 Dollar build advice.

The operating system will make it $600. Since I am not ordering online, very uncommon and low availability components cannot be part of the build.

The computer will be used for gaming, video editing, but, it will not be a gaming only PC, I don't want to go for a processor slower than an i3-2100. Or sacrifice a fast processor for a better GPU.

I want to spend at least $50 on the case, because aesthetics are very important.

In terms of storage, I don't need a lot of space, I could get a low capacity hard drive, but I was also considering maybe a 60 GB SSD.

I would strongly prefer an Ivy Bridge motherboard for future upgradability.

No need for Newegg links, just give me some good configurations,
