The only thing you need to look at is the motherboard, which any with sata 6GB/s would be fine.
Question, why do you want such a large ssd?

Ram is categorized as memory, where SSDs and HDDs are considered storage. So in short, no.

RAM fits into the DIMM slots on the motherboard, a SATA 3 port connects your drives via cables. As previously said with the 1150 socket motherboards you would have 3 sata ports (at least, depending on the mortherboard)
So say you have one hard drive and one DVD drive already, that should leave you at least one space for an SSD
