500 internal privoxy error

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP
I am using a lenovo laptop with windows 8.1, the problem is whenever I use my laptop at my office it works perfectly fine but when I connect the laptop to the wifi at my house it does not load any page instead shows an error, 500 internal privoxy error. it shows as connected but does not load anything. If somebody can help me with this it would be great

It sounds like you have (are required) to have a proxy for work ... In IE go to Internet Options --> Connections Tab -> see if "Use proxy server" is checked. If so copy the values (in case they are lost) and uncheck the box. Retry your home connection.
