Will the 500w pc avr works fine with this set up or do i need a higher pc avr?????

Yes, your 500W psu will work, the GTs 450 has a minimum requirement of only 400W.

Yes! However if you wan't to upgrade i don't think it's a good idea. Because sometimes your PC will require 700W which the AVR might not be able to provide. In those situations, the AVR will shutdown. But with that build it's completely fine.
