500W PSU Electricity Bills

So im upgrading to a 500W PSU (Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze Power Supply Unit)

Will this mean that there will be a large electricity bill due to it pulling 500W when the PC is turned on?

If its the same pc the bills will be identical . A 500 watt psu doesnt use 500 watts until the computer uses 500 watts
