Question rate my 12vhpwr connection

I was gifted a 4070s this Christmas and had to get a new PSU with a 12vhpwr cable to power it. I've done some reading that if the 12vhpwr cable has any gaps in the connection it can melt, so I'm paranoid mine is going to.

It is clicked in to the socket, the only issue is that my case is a bit small and the side panel presses up against the cable. I would really like to avoid buying a new case if I can. I've tried pressing it in even more without the side panel on and the cable usually just drops back down a bit because it's so bulky...

What do you think? Does this connection look safe to use?

Can't open that page but most vulnerable part of the cable is tight bend at terminals. But there's an easy fix

Wow a cable that thick does seem like it pulls heavily down on the card.

Yeah it does pull down a fair amount... I got one of those stand braces for the corner of the card though and it seems to do a good job of supporting it (alongside the bracket that's screwed in outside the case)
