Question 5070ti release hour

Is there like a certain hour when this gpu releases on 20th feb or it depends on the shop and country? I want to be exact because 5080 and 5090 were out of stock in just 30 minutes so every minute matters. I live in Poland (CET time zone)

It will be super hard to get. Here they are 1500-1700 on FB marketplace.

I was lucky enough to get it first hand for only 100$ over MSRP, it will arrive tomorrow
