So a screenshot of my pc temperature check. Is it too high?
For my CPU I use darkrock pro4 air cooling unit

Too high..? That SS doesn't tell us anything.
It could be one of many tasks from Windows, or the browser(if it's running in the background), or even Armoury Crate itself(or Aura Suite, which is built into AC).
Which core(s) is handling these tasks, while the others are sitting around doing nothing.

Agree with Phaaze88, download Coretemp, open and run it to see where your temps are at stock idle and then run Cinebench R23 multicore test to see where your maximum temperature hits. Then we can tell...

PS and I hate Armory Crate which I had a hard time scrapping of my PC,....Just use 'Hardware Info' and manually overclock.
