$520 To Upgrade PC. will a 1070 bottleneck?

RAM - HyperX FURY 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) x2
Motherboard - ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
Case - DeepCool Steam Castle
GPU - GTX 750 TI FTW Edition
Hardrive -x1 WD Black 1TB then 2 salvaged hardrives from old computers.
Monitor - BenQ 2420Z

Would i be able to upgrade to a 1070? Or would my money be better spend on different parts?

Yes, the gtx 1070 will work on your system. You cpu will bottleneck the card in certain situations.
