I'm looking to change my system from an FX6300 CPU and Radeon HD 7870 GPU to a Core i5 4460 and GTX 970. I have a 520W SeaSonic PSU that's served well with my current setup for > 1 year. Will it still be enough for my new CPU and GPU?

Solution
The Seasonic 520 Watt PSU's +12V rail capacity is more than sufficient to power your system with a GeForce GTX 970.

Where you may encounter a problem is with the PSU not being Intel Haswell Ready. You may need to disable CPU C6/C7 power state support for the CPU in the motherboard's BIOS.
the card requires a minimum of 500 watt so you should be just fine with that psu however i would recommend you get a bigger one if you plan on getting more components into your computer or a little more headway so the system is completely serviced by the psu
