I need help picking components for a build for my gf, I want to get her a Ryzen 5 1400 build within this budget. Its for gaming and the only requirement is that it has a r5 1400 and can play games at 1080p medium/high settings 60 fps.

You can just about squeeze the 1500x in instead.

Solution
I went 30$ above your budget and am a horrible person for that. Forgive me.

This should serve her well. Why not push for a Ryzen 5 1600? Just a bit more.

Overclock the CPU to 3.8ghz (or higher) with the stock AMD Wraith cooler and download Win10 via MS install tool. Skip the part when it ask you for a Key. The build is White/Black theme and I would also suggest adding in a 240gb SSD (M.2) when you have the spare funds as it will speed up the system drastically.

how do you simply skip the part where it asks for a key?
