$550 build, go wild!

hey guys, so a mate of mine has about 500 bucks (australian) and itll cost him 50 to ship it to his place, but he'll probably budge to 550
he says he will use it solely for gaming, and he does need an OS

he doesnt really have any brands or products he doesnt like.

what are your thoughts?
