I am upgrading my pc. i have bought new monitor and cabinet already ( i had good deal so took cabinet early)

Intel X3470
Intel DH55PJ
Asus GTX 770 2gb OC
6GB Ram 1333mhz.
Cooler Master 550watts bronze.
Upgrade information :
Approximate Purchase Date: within 2 weeks
Budget Range: $550 After Rebates , After Shipping
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, video editing for youtube.

Parts to Upgrade: CPU,Mobo, RAM ( Current PSU : MWE Bronze 550 Model ( MPX-5501-ACAAB ) Age of PSU - 18 months
Do you need to buy OS: No

Right now i want to upgrade Processor, motherboard and ram. i will get new GPU later since prices now are too high. i am thinking to get RTX 3060 later.
Anyone suggest good upgrade to pair with GTX 770 and also useful for future to pair with RTX 3060.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I cannot run games smoothly and having issues while recording.
