550w PSU for GTX 960

I need to find a good ATX 550w PSU with a 24-pin connector for the GTX 960 between the price range of $30-$45. Every time I find one It has a lot of mixed reviews so I would Kindly appreciate you guy's help

There are not many good power supplies in that price range. I would reccomend increasing your budget to around $60.
