5600G gpu vs i3 12100 gpu, which is better?

Also, does the 12100 limit the PCI express to 4x like the 5600G does if you put a dedicated graphics card?

Thanks

For normal desktop operations or hd movie playback, either will do the job.
For fast action gaming, the5600G gpu is stronger 2580 passmark vs. 1625.

PCIE speeds matter only for the very strongest of graphics cards and even then it only makes a small difference.
The i3-12100 specs say Up to 1x16+4, 2x8+4

If you get a dedicated in the future the igpu of the i3 will happily record gameplay with quicksync in high resolution and framerates without slowing down your CPU or GPU.
Also the iGPU of the ryzen will need dual channel (so two sticks of ram) and high clocks on the ram, while the i3 will not care about fast ram that much.

The i3 supports even pcie5 but it's down to the mobo, also probably an i3 isn't going to see any difference with 5 but that's just my guess.
