Hey guys, dose 4x8gb ram 3200MHz CL14 really boost Ryzen 5 5600x by 2-10%, just by having all 4 ram sticks in on a x570 motherboard?

4000 is the sweet spot for 5000 series, but it's expensive for the moment.
Actually, 4 sticks of RAM almost always gives a performance boost of at least a couple percent. It's marginal, but it's there.4 sticks of RAM are rarely ever better (speed-wise or bandwidth) than 2, as typically 4 sticks run lower clocks /relaxed timings for stability...
Threadrippers are quad channel, not to be confused with 4 sticks of RAM inserted but running dual channel....; normal 1000-5000 series desktop Ryzens are not.
