I know the 560ti 448 and the 570 are essentially the same but I am curious about whether EVGA's superclock series is worth the money and better than the 448?

This is the final decision I have to make before placing my order tonight.

Solution
I like the higher factory OC on the eVGA one. But (while never owning one) I hear great things about the twinfrozr line of cards from MSI. I'd go with the one already at the higher clocks though, the eVGA.
Ok so I'm comparing the 560ti 448 here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130739

with the 570 superclocked here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130595

Based on the fact that they have the same clocks but way different prices I would get the 560ti 448. It will perform pretty close to the 570 and the price is much more reasonable. If you ever want to SLI though, the 560ti 448 will be hard to find. But just by themselves, and at those prices, the 560ti 448 will win the battle for value.

I can't see myself ever doing SLI as I never have before but I can't say for sure that I never would as my mobo supports it.

Well, looking at the various 570s on Newegg, I do like the one you picked. If I was going with a 570, I'd pay the extra to get it. But I think the rather large price difference in our original comparison won't materialize in a significant performance difference. The 570 will be faster, sure, but I don't think it's worth it for $70 more.
