Question 5700 issues

I own a 5700 paired with the amd 3400g and I've been noticing some annoying fps dips.

Il be playing modernwarfare and all of a sudden the sound cuts out and the game freezes for 1-3 seconds.

I've monitored this and noticed that gpu usage drops below 10% and so does the power usage.

The gpu usage rarely goes above 85% and the cpu sits on around 60%

System specs are:

AMD Ryzen 5 3400G 3.7GHz

16GB RAM 3000hz

MSI Radeon RX 5700 MECH GP OC

ASUS PRIME A320M-K

CORSAIR 650W PSU

Any help would be greatly appreciated

model of this 650w corsair?
cpu/gpu temp during the game?
ram/ssd usage during the game?

I have the latest BIOS drivers installed,

the PS is a CV650.

cpu sits around 60c and gpu sits around 80c.

The RAM usage sits on about 11gbs.
