So i've got myself upgrade on this particular processor, and i got it to post and stuff, its not overheating but i've noticed when im playing Fortnite and when its put on performance mode which stresses CPU more than it does gpu i get some hitches like screen freezes for a split second and then it progresses in the way its supposed to progress, and ruins like entire,i did cinnebench24 multicore test and it passes it and i get like 720 something score on it.For cooler im using DeepCool Ak620 zero dark.My GPU is RTX 3060,i updated bios when i was slotting cpu in,as i said temps go l ike around 62c on 60% usage on 100% its like on 70-72-3 degrees,my motherboard is B550 Msi gaming plus, and psu is EVGA 750 GQ,had no issues prior to processor upgrade like these random freezes.I've updated chipset drivers, did clean reinstall of Windows.Ram is Kingston Fury 3200MHz 32GBS

Have you tried another game or just Fortnite?

I did, when there is more gpu intensity and cpu can chill its completly fine, but when the pressure is o n cpu this happens, because when i try to play Fortnite on DX12 rendering mode due to its stupid shaders rendering method in critical scenarios when i have to make quick reactions it lags so i play on performance mode which puts more stress on processor and gpu is being used in lesser %,it doesnt happen entire time but as i've said when certain stuff happens like rocket drops on you or you get jumped by 4 persons, picture freezes for 5-10 secs and fps dips alot like from 300 to10-20 in that moment. As for other games been playing God of War had no issue whatsoever, but from my knowledge it puts more stress on GPU rather than CPU itself

It is most likely that the freezes are from the card and not from your processor.
Try on Fortnite if you regularly lower the settings a bit
Thermal paste might have been issue when i took cooler off it looked like it spread but was of very thin mixature, repasted and redid cinebench again and got better result for 33,will see how it copes with games tommorow :)
