[SOLVED] 5700xt artifacting?

Is my GPU defective? I have the asrock challenger d 5700 xt. It does this weird artifact thing in the rainbow 6 menu anyone else experiencing this? It also happens in Radeon overlay

If there are problems with GPU clock speeds or VRAM clocks being pushed to far, you will see symptoms in other games....

It might be too soon to rush to judgement just yet, given that small sample size...

Its at stock settings and only in that one menu, when you enter the game it is fine. Quite odd.

Just installed a rx5700xt gaming x from msi.
Same here, r6s has this weird artifact going on only in the main screen, I suspect it's due to the fact that it pushes 600+ fps (I'm at 1080p btw).
From my expirience this usually happens when you overclock the memory, it's probably just saturating the memory bandwith (need fact checking on this). Since it's not harmful to the card, it's not a big deal for me.
