Question 5700XT Fan curve issues

I recently got an ASUS Radeon 5700XT Strix. I'm having trouble with the fan curves. It seems to have a mind of it's own.
MSI after burner fan curves don't seem to do anything, neither does the wattman curve.
HWinfo64 displays the fan speed percentage presumably correctly, but wattman and Afterburner display 20% higher than HWInfo64.
Driver version I'm using is Adrenalin 19.9.2

The Bios switch on the card itself seems to do nothing either. The fans spin the same regardless.

Should I just wait for new drivers? Is it like this with all 5700XT cards?

How are the temps?

If I leave it on auto it will be around 80-90c during heavy gaming. And the hotspot temp will be at about a 95-105.

Leaving it on auto will not have the fans spin faster than 40% even at high temps.
Hence why I'd liek to control the fans. but having them spin 3000+ RPM if I try to control them manually in anyway is obviously far too noisy.
