Question 5700xt poor performance in warhammer 2 total war

Am getting avg 47fps on 1080p with low as 30fps
in skaven benhcmark
However this video

with the same specs and graphical settings the average is 68fps and lows in 48fps
So what could be wrong with my system ?
complete specs:

5700xt pulse
R5 3600 stock settings
B450 tomahawk max latest bios stock except for xmp on
Ripjaws v 16gb ddr4 3600mhz
256gb ssd
Evga 650wat gold psu
Everything is uptodate

Temps are 60-65°gpu and 70-75° junction
Also vram temps around 75-80°
