Question 5900x sometimes hot and not reaching it's advertised clock speed

Hello there i am having an Ryzen 9 5900x CPU and i see on some benchmarks and others getting better scores than mine
E.g Corona Benchmark i barely get 7 milion rays and others do get even 8
I know it might be overclocking but i heard that an Ryzen CPU should be optimized in BIOS etc
My following specs are
MB: Aorus Elite V2 B450
RAM:Corsair 64GB Ram Dual Channel
GPU: RX 6800 XFX 16 GB SWFT 319
PSU: nJoy Alpha 850W 80+ Gold
HDD :Western DIgital Green 1.5 tb
SSD :2x 2TB Kingston and one ADATA

My question is ?Is there in Bios some settings which can make the cpu perform better and even lower the temperatures beside overclocking? I feel like miss some of the juice this CPU has.
I am asking this because i am not a computer expert and maybe someone more experienced could guide me.

usually it stays even in 95 degress and i have a dual fan Cooler

what the case? how many case fan?

It's too hot for boost to work properly. Go to BIOS find and select ECO mode.
