$5k overkill system build. Want opinions.

I don't know about a processor of your level, but I'd say keep it if you can.

I have a core 2 duo processor, and I found that some guy had to force overclock a similar core 2 duo because he wanted to play GTA4.
That's called a BHEL mod, google that.
It's a desperate and foolish option, and the slightest mistake can cost you your CPU.
Rather go for overclocking enabled hardware.

Interesting, well, I suppose then it should be worth while for the longevity of the build. Maybe I should do some more research and start hanging around the OC forums before I make my purchase. (which buys me time because my car just took a lot out of my budget, Yay car!)
