5k vs 10k caps. Help choosing mobo

Maximus viii hero vs z170 deluxe. need help choosing a mobo...what one is higher quality board? I do need to use wifi so if I got the hero I would be buying a pcie wifi card anywsys. The deluxe has 5k caps and the hero has 10k...big difference or not?

It depends on how hot you run your motherboard. If your motherboard is at very high temps then a 10K cap should last longer. At normal temps it probably won't make a difference. The number is the expected lifespan (in hours) for the capacitor at 105C. If you have decent cooling, it won't make any difference.
