5ms qhd 75hz vs 1ms fhd 144hz

I am looking to hp gaming monitor since my father is a gm there. I just wanted to ask u guys that which monitor shoul i buy for gaming.
32inch qhd 75hz 5ms or
25inch fhd 144hz 1ms
Is the differce is noticeable between two of i usually play csgo and cs 1.6

Go for the 144hz, It's alot better.
