5ms vs 1ms

I want to buy a new monitor for gaming and I have two choices here
A sumsong pls monitor with 5ms(gtg) this monitor is pls
Or
Asus with 1ms(gtg) this is not pls
About the response time is 5ms (gtg) bad for gaming?

The monitor (SAMSUNG S24D395H PLUS LED MONITOR) was awesome
And woooooow the color was perfect and can't see any ghosting and input lag

@k1114 No. Those are not low end IPS anymore. Those are IPS that can't perform like an IPS. If you had any these kind of IPS monitors, you simply got ripped off.

They're as cheap as tn so it can't be a rip off. It doesn't really matter what the panel tech is when you get the same performance. I don't see why you are making such a big deal about it and can't believe ips can be bad. Actually they still have good viewing angles so you still get that advantage.

No i do believe ips can be that bad coz I've seen them myself before. Just that $130 today can give u 100%sRGB ah ips delta e<3 panel in amazon. So i see any ips lower quality than that as rip off.
