Question 5v ADD Header

I have recently purchased a new CPU cooler that has the ability to be able to customize the RGB lighting but my motherboard does not have any 5v add header ports. The cooler works just fine without the 5v ADD Header plugged in but it just does a circling rainbow effect so I was wondering if there is any 5v ADD Header to USB dongle that I can then use to be able to customize the lighting.

ADD Header = aRGB (addressable RGB) ??? Yes there are some, just Google " (addressable RGB controller"
