Hi guys,

I've searched and read a bit on this in the forums, but it isn't clear that it is safe for me to do this. I just bought a 970 on craigslist, and didn't occur to me that the pin connectors might not be on the PSU. I'm upgrading from a 5850 which used two 6 pin connectors, but my psu has no 8 pin. Here is my rig:

and here is what I want to put in:

Thank you!

EDIT:
And do I need to get the adapters that are one 6pin to one 8 pin, or should I get the ones that are two 6 pins to on 8 pin?

Solution
The EarthWatt 650 should have 6+2 pins PCIe connectors, no need for any adapters.

If Antec hasn't changed the design between mine and yours, the 6+2 pins connector should be closer to the PSU on the same cable.

Haha you're right! I was just about to make an edit about me being dumb. I couldn't get them to fit earlier and then assumed i needed some new sort of 8 pin haha
