Question 60 fps in movies playback

ok. ive done my research and internet sleuthing and ive come to find there is no more 60fps playback software to be had.

SVP is no longer free.

anyone have an alternative?
i use mpc and i have vlc

What is svp and how would something like that change original recordings, mostly those at 24fps? Avatar 2 and LOTR Hobbit were the only films to have a higher frame rate but beyond original recordings, such manipulation wouldn't be actually real and is why you're having a hard time finding one.
