Based on everyone's suggestions: I chose that case because the local frys had one and the guy hooked me up for $40. The ram has really good reviews. lite on drive is the same i have in my computer and am extremely happy with it.

Last question:
intel 3470 Vs 3570. i can get the 3570 nearby for 9 dollars more than the 3470 and the onboard is 4000 vs 2500. is it worth it? can i use the same mobo?

The i5-3570 doesn't have the intel hd 4000, but the 2500.
The i5-3570k has the intel hd 4000, but it's 215$, unless you have a microcenter store nearby, then you can pick the i5-3570k at 190$ and a z77 motherboard for 60$, like the asus P8Z77-V LK.
