I would like to start streaming console games but I am not too tech savvy. I am looking to start with a budget system to start with console streaming then eventually upgrade for PC gaming and streaming. Here is the requested form.

This should be a good start- you'll want to upgrade the GPU soon though. The CPU is great and won't need to be upgraded for a while.
