can someone make a 600 dollar build for me ? i dont need a monitor,os or peripherals and USD please i have a 750ti right now but i wanna upgrade to a i7 4790k so that way i dont have to upgrade later in time, im trying to run games like dayz and csgo and all those beastly games

my specs are:
Q6600 2.4ghz
Msi p35 Motherboard
750ti FTW
600 watt power watt supply

i really want a pc with a 970

Solution

The FX 6300 is much more powerful than an i3 . Its threads are individually weaker though so the i3 can be better in games that dont use multiple threads well . In other games like BF4 where all cores are used the FX is far superior , and particularly in multiplayer

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($98.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty 970 Performance ATX...
If you can sring some additional cash you can remove the SSD and upgrade the 380X to a 970, but otherwise was the best I could do with 600 and get an SSD (i consider this a requirement for any build but some people will disagree as it can be upgraded later)

my monitor is 1360x768 but soon to be 1920x1080 and yes i might use the same power supply but i dont know about using the same 750ti or selling it to one of my friends

is the r9 380x any good ? is it better than the 970 ?

The 380X is slightly worse then the 970, more power hungry and not as good performance (in most titles), the 380 is good for most thins at 1080p (med to high settings(, 970 is good for everything maxed at 1080p (Ultra settings) and the 380X is in between

With the initial budget and goal of an i7 and 970 I dont think it is possible to achieve, even reusing your PSU and case will leave you short, can try and do an i5 with a 970 and reusing parts

Would require reusing your Case, PSU and HDD but gives you an i5 (not overclockable) and 970 for just under the budget

its cuz im 14 right now and im getting some money from taxes and then for my birthday i should be getting another 300 dollars so i can then upgrade to a i5 or something nice

i can get another case no problem and i can use the same hdd and power watt supply i dont mind but i dont know if the i5-4590 is better or the fx 6300 and will the i5 last me a couple years ?

i think im gonna go with this for now just so i wont have to upgrade later on, and i will just use the same gpu and such
