Have a monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
Games I wanna play on good settings: Call of duty, Battlefield, left four dead, far cry 3, and skyrim.

Your motherboard will come with software that will give a you a decent speed boost with two clicks of your mouse .
The FX6300/ Asrock 970 Extreme4 combo I have here immediately jumps from 3.5 to 4.2 Ghz using the Asrock ATXU tuner

Its possible to manually get much higher speeds if you enter the setup/BIOS
