Hi all,
First time poster, long time lurker. With the help of this forum I recently completed my first PC build which I'm really happy about; B560, i5-11400, AIO, GT-710 (4HDMI), etc.
I'm running into a very annoying issue with streaming 60fps video's on YouTube where I'm dropping frames on full screen but only on full screen. It doesn't really matter which resolution I use on 60fps, they all lag somewhat. Standard 4k 30fps is absolutely fine & I'm using Chrome with hardware acceleration off & dual 75hz 1080p monitors. No matter what I do setting wise 60fps will always lag on full screen. On normal sized player it is completely fine & smooth as butter. Firefox, edge & opera have even worse frame dropping so I'm sticking with Chrome
I don't game at all, I just work web-based, bit of MS Office & watch YouTube
Is this a case of the GT-710 simply not being able to keep up even though hardware acceleration is off or is there something else I'm missing? I've tried playing about in Nvidia Settings but nothing is solving this problem. It is driving me absolutely nuts as the system itself is perfect for my needs & I've tried every single setting & watched every single instructional video on this issue but nothing has so-far worked
I'm happy to spend the money on a quality GPU if that's what is needed to fix this issue but am lost as to what to do or get
Thank you for any input
